Judith Taylor was Head of Staff Development and Training, University College London (UCL) for fifteen years until September 2006. She is now working as an independent consultant in the areas of personal and management development.
She has a master’s degree in higher and professional education, and is a qualified and experienced executive coach.
Her background:
Judith has many years’ experience of management, primarily in universities, and staff development. At UCL her responsibilities included:
- Developing and implementing a staff development strategy
- Developing and coordinating a management programme for new heads of department
- Developing and coordinating a management programme for senior research staff
- Introducing a programme for probationary lecturers
- Managing a University Staff Development and Training Unit
She is interested in:
Helping individuals and groups work to their full potential in order to meet the complex challenges of working life in a positive way, through coaching, action learning, and other facilitated development activities.
